Skin Technology by Latania is not able to resolve shipping problems after delivery, our condition of use is "All items purchased from are made pursuant to a shipment contract." This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We advise you to contact your courier service and local authorities if necessary. It’s important to track your package every 24hrs until you receive your package.

We are not responsible for any shipping & deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural Disaster, transfers from DHL & USPS to the local carrier in your city, country, air, and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States. Packages undeliverable by USPS and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received by us.

For orders outside the USA, DHL may collect import fees on delivery depending on the country’s customs & import laws. DHL only delivers in person and if they attempt twice and can’t reach you, your order will be abandoned and destroyed, and we are not liable for that. Please make sure you track your package daily and contact them if you want to pick it up or will not be home.

Please allow 5-10 days to receive orders for international shipping unless your order has customs hold. For orders within the USA, please allow 2-3 days to receive your package.

*NOTE:* Due to COVID-19, Please be advised that USPS/DHL may drop your package off at your front door without any notice or signature but you can always have them hold your package for pickup once you get shipping confirmation.
